Bingo News
The marching band conducts bingo sessions every Tuesday and Saturday night. Many of you have joined us as volunteers. Bingo is a major fundraiser for the band and has the potential to significantly reduce band bills, while providing additional income to our members.
In return for your commitment, you will be paid $50 for each session worked. Since this is a weekly event, you could earn significant money toward your band bill next year, WLP or Winter Guard, or anything else you want! You will be paid in cash the night you work!
The only requirements to work bingo are:
1. You must be available to be at bingo (Bingo City, 4443 Dixie Highway, Waterford) no later than 5:00 on the Tuesday or Saturday night you are working, and work until the end of the session (generally around 10:30 p.m.);
and
2. You must be at least 18 years of age.
This is a fun way to earn extra cash. If you have never worked bingo, ask your friends that have and you will find out that it is a fun time in a comfortable environment! It's also a great way to meet other band parents.
